DC power for every corridor and depot
ems-charge DC fast chargers span 30–360 kW across four families — compact all-in-one cabinets for retail, dual-gun units for fleet, liquid-cooled ultra-fast for highway corridors and split-type systems for bus and megawatt-scale depots. Every unit delivers 200–1000 VDC over CCS1/CCS2/CHAdeMO/GB-T with 93–94% whole-unit efficiency and OCPP 2.0.1. Global fast-charging capacity grows roughly 10× by 2030, and the operators who hold corridors are the ones whose hardware stays up — the US charging failure rate still sits at 14%, with 60% traced to charger faults and offline units.
From retail parking to 12 MW depots.
One shared 200–1000 VDC architecture, four power classes. Each family is rated for its dwell time and site power — so you buy the throughput you need, not the peak you imagine.

Compact All-in-One
Single-cabinet 30/60 kW, 93% efficiency, CCS1/CCS2/CHAdeMO/GB-T, IP54 for retail and destination.

Dual-Gun Fast
Dual-gun 120/180 kW, 200 A ×2 simultaneous charging, 94% efficiency, PF 0.99 for highway and fleet.

Liquid-Cooled Ultra
Liquid-cooled 240/360 kW with 500 A cable, SiC modules at 96.5%, 20 minutes to 80% charge.

Split-Type System
Power cabinet plus dispensers with hot-swappable modules for bus depots and MW-scale fleet sites.
One DC architecture, four power classes.
Every DC fast charger shares the same 200–1000 VDC output stage, power-factor-corrected front end and OCPP backend — so operators mix and match classes on one network without re-integrating hardware or software. The same modules, the same connectors and the same maintenance playbook run from a 30 kW retail unit to a 600 kW depot cabinet.

Power that hot-swaps in minutes, not days.
The DC line is built from our own 30 kW air-cooled and 40 kW liquid-cooled power modules, not bought-in black boxes. A failed module is swapped in the field without taking the cabinet offline.
- SiC MOSFET modules reach 96.5% peak efficiency and cut cooling volume 30–40% versus IGBT.
- Vienna rectifier + LLC resonant topology keeps THDi under 5% and PF above 0.98.
- Hot-swappable slots let a 600 kW cabinet degrade gracefully instead of failing wholesale.
Liquid-cooled or air-cooled, matched to the site.
Cooling is the single biggest driver of DC charger footprint, noise and sustained power. Choose by corridor duty cycle, not by marketing.
| Attribute | Air-cooled | Liquid-cooled |
|---|---|---|
| Power range | 30–180 kW | 240–600 kW |
| Peak module efficiency | 96% | 96.5% (SiC) |
| Max cable current | 200 A (air-cooled gun) | 500 A (liquid-cooled cable) |
| Sustained output | Nominal, short bursts | Nominal without derating |
| Cooling share of BOM | 15–25% | Lower system footprint |
| Best for | Retail, workplace, small depots | Highway corridors, MW-scale depots |
