ems-charge DC fast chargers span 30–360 kW across four families — compact all-in-one cabinets for retail, dual-gun units for fleet, liquid-cooled ultra-fast for highway corridors and split-type systems for bus and megawatt-scale depots. Every unit delivers 200–1000 VDC over CCS1/CCS2/CHAdeMO/GB-T with 93–94% whole-unit efficiency and OCPP 2.0.1. Every DC fast charger shares the same 200–1000 VDC output stage, power-factor-corrected front end and OCPP backend — so operators mix and match classes on one network without re-integrating hardware or software. The same modules, the same connectors and the same maintenance playbook run from a 30 kW retail unit to a 600 kW depot cabinet.

The DC line is built from our own 30 kW air-cooled and 40 kW liquid-cooled power modules, not bought-in black boxes. A failed module is swapped in the field without taking the cabinet offline.

  • SiC MOSFET modules reach 96.5% peak efficiency and cut cooling volume 30–40% versus IGBT.
  • Vienna rectifier + LLC resonant topology keeps THDi under 5% and PF above 0.98.
  • Hot-swappable slots let a 600 kW cabinet degrade gracefully instead of failing wholesale.
