ems-charge EV charging product line

360 kW, liquid-cooled, corridor-ready

The 240–360 kW liquid-cooled DC ultra-fast charger delivers 200–1000 VDC through a 500 A liquid-cooled cable, with SiC power modules at 96.5% peak efficiency — 20 minutes to 80% charge, built for highway corridors and MW-scale charging hubs.

Overview

Sustained 360 kW, not a peak you can't hold.

Liquid cooling runs through the power modules and the cable, so the charger holds nominal output without the thermal derating that cuts 350 kW-class chargers down mid-session.

  • 240 or 360 kW rated output on a 3-phase 400 VAC supply, over CCS1 / CCS2.
  • 500 A liquid-cooled cable keeps the connector slim and the session full-rate.
  • SiC modules at 96.5% peak efficiency, 200–1000 VDC across every EV battery.
  • 20 minutes to 80% on a compatible vehicle — AFIR-ready for TEN-T corridors.

Engineering

SiC power that stays cool under load.

Silicon-carbide MOSFETs lift system efficiency 5–10% and cut cooling volume 30–40% versus IGBT — which is how a 360 kW cabinet fits one parking bay and holds full power session after session.

  • 96.5% module efficiency with liquid coolant that keeps components below derating thresholds.
  • 20 minutes to 80% matches the dwell of a highway coffee stop, not a lunch break.
  • AFIR compliance — the EU requires 400 kW per 60 km on TEN-T corridors from 2025, and this cabinet scales into split systems for more.

Liquid-Cooled Cable

500 A through a cable anyone can lift.

A 500 A air-cooled cable would be thick enough to need two hands and would derate under continuous load. The liquid-cooled cable routes coolant alongside the conductors, keeping the connector slim and the current steady.

  • Continuous 500 A without thermal derating on hot afternoons.
  • Slim connector that stays within a normal grip, for driver self-service.
  • Coolant loop shared with the power modules, monitored and topped up at service intervals.

FAQ

Ultra-fast charger, answered.

Yes — liquid cooling runs through the SiC modules and the cable, so the cabinet holds nominal output without the thermal derating that cuts some 350 kW-class chargers mid-session.
Around 20 minutes to 80% on a compatible vehicle, limited by the battery's own charging curve. The 200–1000 VDC output covers both 400 V and 800 V platforms.
It is built for them — AFIR requires 400 kW per 60 km on TEN-T corridors from 2025. Single cabinets serve cars, and split-type systems scale the same modules to 360–600 kW for trucks.
DC fast chargers start at 1 unit on a project basis, with OCPP 2.0.1 and ISO 15118 Plug & Charge available from the first unit.
