ems-charge EV charging product line

The full charging stack, from wallbox to megawatt

Four product families — AC wallboxes and pedestals, DC fast chargers, charging power modules and the OCPP platform — span 3.7 kW to 600 kW. One OEM partner covers every charging scenario, from a home garage to a bus depot.

Power Spectrum

Match the power to the dwell time.

The right charger is set by how long a vehicle sits. AC covers overnight and workplace parking; DC covers 30-minute retail stops through 20-minute highway top-ups; modules power the DC chargers themselves.

How to Choose

Start from how long the car sits.

Power follows parking time, not the other way around. Over-spec a charger and the extra kilowatts sit idle; under-spec it and the site cannot keep up with demand.

  • Overnight and workplace parking — AC 7.4–22 kW. Efficiency above 95% and standby under 3 W keep the energy bill flat.
  • Retail and 30–60 minute dwell — DC 30–60 kW compact chargers, one cabinet with CCS.
  • Highway corridors — DC 240–360 kW liquid-cooled, 20 minutes to 80% and AFIR-ready for 60 km spacing.
  • Charger OEMs — 30/40 kW modules at 96/96.5% peak efficiency, SiC-based, for your own DC cabinet.

Certified Everywhere

One stack, certified per market.

The same hardware is certified against the standard each grid demands — CE for the EU, UL 2594 for North America, IEC 61851-1 and ISO 15118 for interoperability, OCPP 2.0.1 for operator platforms.

FAQ

Buyer questions, answered.

AC standard units start from 1–10 units and white-label from 300 units per SKU; DC fast chargers are project-driven from 1 unit; charging modules ship to integrators in production trays.
Yes. CE, UL/ETL, FCC and OCPP 2.0.1 are available in-house or through our labs, with certification run against the exact production unit you will receive.
Yes. Our 30 kW air-cooled and 40 kW liquid-cooled SiC modules are built in-house and mount hot-swappable in every DC cabinet we ship.
White-label ships in 4–8 weeks ex-factory; firmware ODM in 8–14 weeks. Sea freight to Europe adds 25–35 days; AC units cross by air or LCL, DC cabinets by palletised crate.
