Yes. From 50 units we apply your logo on the enclosure and UI, your packaging, your manuals, and can provide a white-label mobile app. ODM engineering for custom hardware starts from 200 units or on a project basis.
AC chargers: Type 1, Type 2, GB/T. DC fast chargers: CCS1, CCS2, GB/T, CHAdeMO. Firmware, cable and plug configurations are set per destination market before shipment.
All smart models speak OCPP 1.6J and 2.0.1 over Ethernet, 4G or Wi-Fi and integrate with any compliant CSMS. We also offer our own cloud platform with a white-label operator app.
Standard warranty is 2 years (extendable to 5). We ship replacement modules proactively from Shenzhen or from regional partner stock, and provide remote diagnostics via OCPP before any part is dispatched.
Engineering samples ship in 3 days. Mass production runs 15-30 days depending on product line, plus 25-35 days sea freight to most ports (air freight available for urgent projects).
Absolutely — both are encouraged. We host weekly video factory tours and welcome third-party audits (SGS, TÜV, Bureau Veritas) at any stage of the relationship.
Standard terms are 30% deposit with order, 70% before shipment (T/T). For repeat partners we offer net-30 credit lines and flexible milestone billing on large projects.
Logo on enclosure and UI is included from 50 units. New enclosure colors, custom cables or firmware features are quoted per change — typically a one-time NRE fee plus per-unit delta.
We provide full installation guides, site planning notes and remote commissioning support. On-site commissioning engineers are available per project in EU, SEA and GCC regions.
Yes. UI currently ships in 12 languages (EN, DE, FR, ES, IT, NL, PL, PT, AR, TH, VN, CN) and we add new languages for OEM projects at no extra cost from 100 units.
