Privacy & Terms

How we handle the data you share with us, and the terms that govern orders placed with ems-charge. Last updated: January 2026.

Section 1

Privacy Policy

ems-charge collects only the information needed to respond to your inquiry, quote a project and, if you order, fulfil the order. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

When you use the inquiry form or email us, we collect your name, work email, company, country, and any details you include about quantity, power level and certification needs. If you proceed to an order, we also collect billing and shipping details and any documents required for export.

2. How we use it

We use this information to answer your inquiry, prepare quotes and samples, manage production and certification, and ship your order. We do not sell or rent your data to third parties. We may use your email to send order updates and, with your consent, occasional product information you can unsubscribe from at any time.

3. Cookies & analytics

This site uses a small number of functional cookies for the inquiry form and, if enabled, privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are visited. We do not use advertising trackers. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser without affecting core functionality.

4. Data sharing & retention

We share data only with processors needed to operate the site and fulfil orders — for example, the email service that delivers our inquiry form and the freight forwarder that ships your goods. We retain inquiry data for as long as it is relevant to a commercial relationship, and delete it on request where we are not legally required to keep it.

5. Your rights & contact

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by writing to sales@ems-charge.com. We respond to data requests within 30 days and apply the same standard to customers in every region we ship to.

Section 2

Terms of Service

These terms apply to quotations and purchase orders placed with ems-charge. A signed order or confirmed purchase order constitutes acceptance of these terms unless otherwise agreed in writing.

1. Quotes & orders

Quotes itemise unit price, MOQ, non-recurring engineering (NRE), certification costs and lead time, and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed when we acknowledge it in writing with a delivery schedule and payment terms.

2. Payment & Incoterms

Standard payment is T/T with 30% deposit and 70% before shipment; letter of credit is available for larger orders. Shipments are made under an agreed Incoterm — EXW, FOB, FCA, CIF or DDP — which defines the point at which risk and responsibility for freight transfer to you.

3. Warranty

Chargers carry a 3-year warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, supported by remote diagnostics and service stock. The warranty excludes damage from incorrect installation, unauthorised modification, or use outside the published electrical and environmental ratings.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ems-charge's liability is limited to the purchase price of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost charging revenue, arising from use or inability to use the equipment.

5. Governing law & changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, with disputes resolved in Shenzhen where not settled amicably. We may update these terms; the version published on this page at the time of order confirmation applies.
