The 30 kW air-cooled module is the workhorse of DC charging: 200–1000 VDC output, 96.5% peak efficiency, EMC Class B and CAN control, certified CE, TÜV and cTUVus. Stack it from 30 kW up to 120 kW and it simply keeps running.

Rated 30 kW from a three-phase 400 VAC supply, the module drives any pack from 400 V to 800 V and beyond. Forced air keeps it simple: no coolant loop, no pump, no leaks — just a fan, a heatsink and a design that has run for years in 30–120 kW chargers.

Why 96.5% matters

Less heat, longer life, lower bill.

Every percentage point of module efficiency is heat you do not have to remove. At the charger level, raising efficiency from 94% to 96% saves a 120 kW unit about 4,380 kWh per year — and cooling hardware is 15–25% of a 120 kW+ charger's BOM.
