Dual-port AC for workplace and retail

A floor-standing commercial AC charging pedestal with two independent 11 / 22 kW ports, each at 32 A on a Type 2 connector. Two RFID zones and MID-certified metering bill each bay separately, and OCPP 1.6J / 2.0.1 ties it into any operator platform.

Commercial Pedestal

Two bays, one pedestal.

A single column charges two vehicles at once, halving the number of ground anchorages and cable runs a car-park operator has to trench. Each port runs its own 32 A session with independent RFID and metering.

  • 11 / 22 kW ×2 on 400 V three-phase, 32 A per port.
  • Type 2 ×2 connectors (Type 1 on request) with cable management.
  • MID-certified metering for tenant, guest or driver billing.
  • IP65 + IK10 pedestal for exposed parking decks.

Revenue & Control

Built to bill, not just to charge.

Workplace and retail sites need per-session revenue and a supply that stays inside the building's capacity. The commercial pedestal does both.

  • MID-certified metering measures each port to the kilowatt-hour, so a landlord bills tenants, guests and staff separately and legally.
  • Dynamic load balancing shares one supply across a row of pedestals, avoiding the demand charges that make up 30–70% of a commercial bill.
  • Dual RFID readers let two drivers start independent sessions without a shared display queue.
  • OCPP 2.0.1 reports every session for settlement, remote firmware and smart-charging schedules.

Applications

Workplace, retail or shared parking.

Workplace

Employees park 4–10 hours — exactly what AC is for. DLB keeps 20 pedestals on a feed that a single DC unit would overwhelm.

Retail & hospitality

EV drivers visit 45% more often than fuel customers. A dual-port pedestal doubles bays per anchorage and bills each session through MID.

Multi-tenant & condo

Per-port metering and RFID give every resident their own bill on a shared supply — solving the capacity and cost-splitting problem at once.

Certified

Approved for public and semi-public parking.

The commercial pedestal carries the same CE, UL 2594 and FCC marks as the wallbox, with MID-certified metering for lawful billing and ENERGY STAR standby compliance.

FAQ

Commercial pedestal, answered.

Yes. Each port is an independent 32 A channel, so one car can charge at 22 kW while the other runs 11 kW, or both share the available three-phase supply.
Each port has a MID-certified energy meter, and OCPP reports session energy to your platform, so you can bill tenants, guests and staff per kilowatt-hour.
Dynamic load balancing spreads demand across the site, so a row of pedestals can usually run on existing capacity instead of triggering a costly connection upgrade.
The IP65 enclosure seals against dust and water jets and the IK10 rating resists impact, with operation from −30°C to +55°C.
