Fast charger questions

Typically a 400 V three-phase 350 A feed (or two feeds for 360 kW liquid-cooled). Our site planning notes include transformer sizing and we review your utility drawings before you build.

The DC cabinet is modular: power modules add in 30 kW steps, so an EMS-DC120 cabinet can grow to 240 kW with module kits and a firmware license — no replacement needed.

Remote OCPP diagnostics flag issues before drivers notice; power modules are hot-swappable; regional partner stock keeps swaps within 48 hours. Target: 98% availability.
